Welcome to my site — showcasing personal, professional, and academic work. I have diverse and extensive experience in multiple and varied environments and continue to engage with the world in interesting ways. In addition to founding Gliddon Owens Design (client list below), holding many design and art director positions at various organizations, and teaching design and illustration at two universities, I am now pursuing my PhD in International Studies with a concentration in cultural studies. My research focuses on changing international norms regarding cultural artifacts and evolving ideas of legitimate ownership. My fine art has been included in various exhibits and personal collections, and I have recently rediscovered my love of pottery. In my free time, I enjoy being active outside and exploring new places.
